Many people nowadays spend their working day mostly sitting at the computer. Personal Trainers tells you some aspects to take into account when adopting a correct posture:
1.Follow the 90 degree rule - it is important that your knees, hips and elbows must be positioned close to 90 degrees;
2.Eyes in the center of the monitor - the height of the monitor must be adjusted to the height of our eyes;
3.Choose the chair well - it should have lumbar support, be able to be tilted backwards, and ideally follow your shoulders;
4.Keep your shoulders relaxed;
5. Take breaks - it is essential to take breaks at least every hour, if possible every 30 minutes.
